0170(2) Annual Fire inspection has not been conducted. 0170(3)(a) Nail polish remover and polish was observed to be accessible to children in licensed space. 0170(3)(c) Fan in bathroom was observed to have a large accumulation of dust and debris. 0170(3)(d) 2 Butane lighters were observed to be accessible to children in licensed space. Candles were observed to be accessible to children in licensed space. Plug in oils and burners were accessible to children in licensed space.
